In this image, I was trying to put together natural objects in a way they wouldn't be in normally. I decided to use mulch, leaves of a weed, pebbles, leaves and a flower, because they were really the only objects that I could find :) However, even though they were the only objects lying around, I tried to add colors that were somewhat different so that the objects would pop a little more. Something that helped me achieve this was editing. In adobe illustrator, I increased the exposure, and I also increased the contrast. Overall, I'm pretty proud of this image, I like how the colors were really bright, and they matched (somewhat).
In this image, similar to the first image, I tried to put together natural objects in a way that they wouldn't normally be in. For this photo, I used grass, sticks/twigs, a maple leaf, a flower, and a rock. This image sort of reminds me of a campfire, just because of the way the sticks are arranged. Unlike the other image, I tried to have the colors be a little more subtle. In order to achieve this, I edited my photos very simply, and I did this by not having as much exposure. Overall, I like how natural this image looks, but also how simple the image was.
